About Us
Swan Leisure was built by Dublin City Council in 2010 and is operated by a private company - Dublin City Sports and Leisure Services CLG trading as Swan Leisure. Swan Leisure is a not for profit organisation, proud to provide our local community with premium exercise facilites, high service levels and a commitment to guide members to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Our core values represent the best traits in our staff and what we all bring to Swan Leisure every day. These values reflect what we collectively care most about as an organization.
Inclusivity – in both members and staff. We believe everyone should be able to become active regardless of age, level of fitness or any other challenges they may face.
Creativity – we strive to always keep our services and work practises fresh and innovative
Team - we believe our staff are our best asset and we consistently work to make sure that our team are happy and motivated to provide the best service possible. No one has any airs or graces at Swan Leisure and we work as a team. We take our time recruiting staff to make sure that they have an engaging personality who members can feel comfortable approaching. There is a wide variety of experience and talent in our team and we aim to foster a spirit of support, warmth and collaboration.
Community – one of our key values is the importance of community at Swan Leisure – we have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of our members, staff and everyone who lives and works in the area. We have created a community at Swan Leisure which is very unique – you will see older adults chatting to teenagers on a treadmill next to them.
Learning – we encourage constant personal and professional growth. Learning is more than just acquiring new skills, it’s about learning from our experiences and seeing failure as a path to success. We try to be curious, proactive and ambitious in all aspects of our work.
Our team has an array of valuable experiences and qualifications from our two time Olympian Swim Pro Kevin Williamson to our operations manager ex professional Irish footballer Nikki Sheridan.
With a team rich in a variety of experience and skill we are sure that we will exceed your expectations on every visit to our club.
