Barre Pilates combines classic ballet moves with Piloxing and Pilates. Yogalates uses a mind-body connection to improve the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels of those who practice it. As it improves breathing, circulation, and energy levels, Yogalates speeds up metabolism, so combined with good nutrition, this type of exercise can be used very effectively for weight loss. Spinning
We love to Spin at Swan Leisure, and with three different types of classes to choose from, you will too! All of our spinning classes take place in our custom-built spin studio, "The Loft," on the third floor. Our classes combine award-winning ICG spin bikes with advanced digital technology to create fun and immersive spin classes. Your workouts will be unlike anything you have experienced - amazing fitness results in less time. In every class, participants ride for, with, or against each other to meet group targets, win team battles, and achieve personal bests.

Our bikes use 'Coach By Colour' technology based on scientific evidence and elite cycling programming, taking the guesswork out of your workouts. If the thought of a spin class makes you roll your eyes, you have not experienced the right kind of spin class! Coach by Colour technology enhances your indoor cycling experience by using 5 coloured training zones, ensuring you are training at the right intensity specifically FOR YOU in every workout - meaning you will achieve the results you want faster. You no longer have to worry if you are working hard enough or too hard, if you should up the resistance - all you now need to do is try to match the colour on your bike to the colour our instructor tells you - simple, although not always easy!

- MYRIDE is a traditional spin class with various scenery used to create an immersive atmosphere.
- Coachbycolour: your coach will guide you through various training intensity zones by colour.
- FTP Test: determine your personal functional threshold power (FTP). This number will help to enhance your Coachbycolour sessions.
How can I attend a class at Swan Leisure?
We have a timetable with over 70 classes per week. Classes run throughout the day, catering to all levels and activity types. If you are a member with us, all of our group fitness classes are free. To book, simply log into your account anytime on the day of the class to book your spot. You can log into your account via the Swan Leisure app or by clicking the link at the top of this page. We only take bookings on the day of the class to ensure the class is not booked out in advance, only for people to cancel when the day comes. The cut-off time for cancelling a class is 2 hours before the class starts. This is to ensure we give enough time for other people to book. Please note that a missed class will automatically generate a charge of €10 on your account. We have so many classes to choose from, you will definitely find both a space and a class that suits you.
If you are not a member, you are more than welcome to drop in to any of our classes at €10 per class. Online booking is exclusive for members. However, you can book by dropping in anytime on the day of the class and booking at reception. Drop-ins are subject to availability, but most of the times if you arrive about 10 minutes before the class starts, you will get a place.
Tri Coaching and Master Swim Training
The Master sessions and Tri Coaching take place in our 25m swimming pool, providing adult swimmers with the opportunity to improve their fitness or train for triathlons. Led by experienced coaches, each session includes a structured set designed to enhance swimming performance in a group setting. With lanes for slow, medium, and fast swimmers, we cater to all fitness levels. If you're unsure about which lane is right for you, feel free to ask any of our lifeguards during your next swim—they'll be happy to assist. Both members and guests are welcome to join any of our regular sessions:
- Monday morning at 7.15am
- Tuesday evening at 8.30pm
- Thursday evening at 8.30pm
- Friday morning at 7.15am
We also offer an Advanced Master session on Wednesday mornings at 6 AM, led by our Swim Pro, Kevin Williamson. This session is designed for experienced and already fit swimmers looking to push their performance further - email Paul@swanleisure.ie for further information.
